*Class Observation*
All parents are invited to observe classes on the first class of each month through the viewing window featured in Studios 1 & 2.

*Attendance*
Attendance is very crucial in classroom situations to ensure all students progress at the same pace.

*Class Placement*
Placement is carefully evaluated by age, experience, and ability to promote self-confidence and growth in all our students. Our competitive teams are more rigidly structured to create compatible lines and abilities. Some changes may occur after classes begin if faculty feels it is in the best interest of your child.

Payments:
Due 1st week of classes each month. All payments received after the 7th of each month are assessed a late fee of $25. A service charge of $25 for any returned checks.

New to the BSD: A 5% discount available for year's tuition paid in full by 9/30/11.

New to the BSD: Tuition is based on the total classes per child. Family Discount: 10% for the second child, 15% for the third and fourth child.

NO REFUNDS for unattended/cancelled classes. Make-up classes are available.

Please Note: A refund on the year's tuition will only be applied if a class is cancelled. The year's tuition is non-refundable if the student withdraws from any/all class(es) at anytime during the year. All class withdrawals MUST be submitted in writing to the office.

In addition, Company members understand BSD Company tuition is for the entire season - July thru June of the following season. Fees must be paid even if your dancer decides to no longer be in the BSD Company.

Class Attire
Pre-school and Kinder classes need any color leotard, tights, pink ballet shoes, tan tap shoes.
Combination classes are required to wear any color leotards with pink, tan or black tights.
All ballet classes that are one hour uprequire students to wear pink tights and pink split-sole ballet shoes. See your instructor regarding dance shoes. Buns required.
Hip-Hop classes are required to purchase jazz sneakers and may wear loose clothing over a leotard and tights. NO JEANS!
All other classes require a black leotard with tan or black tights, hair secured off face and neck.
The BSD adheres to a dress code. Any dancer without proper attire will be dismissed from class. STREET CLOTHES, including sweatshirts, t-shirts, socks, or nylons are unacceptable.
 

Class Cancellation
If Oxford public school are cancelled the BSD will also be closed. Cancellations are also posted on the website and facebook. Email Notification to all parents and a voice message on the BSD studio phone are posted at least one hour prior to the first class.

Costume Payment Plan in 3 monthly installments:
September 1: $30 per costume
October 1: $30 per costume
November 1: Balance due for costumes
Please note tights are no longer included in the costume package. Parents are responsible to purchase the tights indicated by the studio from our local dancewear store - "WOW" conveniently located on Southbridge St in Auburn next to The OutBack restaurant.
*all deposits for costumes are non-refundable and there is a $25 charge to cancel each costume.
